Visions was an effort at re-branding fortune telling as a new trendy lifestyle choice, not unlike yoga or Starbucks. The point was to remove the seedy reputation associated with the industry and to gain a wider foothold among the urban population, The symbols used hint at divining one's past as well as future possibilities by tapping into the everyday natural forces. The target market was 18 - 30 yr old women of middle and upper income. Another suggestion of mine, was to also create a tasteful line of jewelery that implied the bestowing of favorable fortune to the wearer.
