After my first visit to NYC I was inspired to make a series of prints that encapsulated my experiences there.  While New York was amazing, I'm not so much a big-city girl and I found the city a bit on the overwhelming side.  There are a lot of layers to peel back and plenty of chaos in New York and I wanted a print that captured the sense of tightness and complexity as well as maintain a sense of beauty within the grit.
