What is the process of making bourbon from the barrel all the way to a bottle on the shelf? This infographic will educate young people that are curious about different types of whiskey on how Kentucky bourbon is made, along with a few tips and tricks along the way.

Starting with a simple mind map to brainstorm ideas of interesting topics for the infographic, then moving into collecting data points and organizing data into viable steps for the bourbon making process along with interesting facts that could be sprinkled throughout the infographic. 

A lot of sketching was done to layout the initial path of the steps or to try to find logical ways to break up the steps so that the information wouldn't be too overwhelming. The focal point was always fixated on something that would allow viewers to identify that the infographic was about whiskey at first glance.
