Smart Voice Assistant for Hotels was developed as a key component of hotel rooms that helps to obtain visitors' accommodation and services optimization.
Voice Assistant will be placed in hotel rooms (medium & prime segment hotels) and will be used to obtain information, request services & assistance, furthermore for entertainment and communication.
Voice Assistant also will provide WIFI broadcasting and could be used as a hotspot with viable private LTE implementation.
By using Voice Assistant devices hotel staff will be providing room service so the core feature is voice-recognition. Assistants have to recognize people by voice and provide them access to service through third-party software. Of course, this kind of managing assistance claims additional security, safety, and privacy requirements.
