I designed these concepts for a Mexico inspired candle range. 

I intended to create something that has a natural, handmade look and feel while following the inspiration of beautiful Mexican patterns. I drew the flowers and lines by hand on paper and then traced them into Illustrator to create original patterns.

On Merida, the flowers you see in the pattern are the passionfruit flower and jasmine. 

The inspiration for Cabo San Lucas was the strap of a Mexico inspired handbag I have.
