PARACAS CROSSING
This year Perú's government tried to approve the expansion of a port near our Natural Reserve of Paracas for them to treat and transport minerals which would've been disastrous for all the creatures living there. As soon as I heard this I made this series with kawaii animal crossing style adaptations of the unique species living in the reserve to catch the eye of unaware people and inform them about what was going on. Later on a group of illustrators started a movement called 'voces of Paracas' (Paracas voices) to create awareness and it was a big hit. So far it has been contained but it's not over yet.
