Toscana Rosso di Diadema is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Impruneta, in the province of Florence.
It is mainly produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barriques and for another 6 months in the bottle.
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with violet hues. The nose opens with elegant hints of sberries mall and undergrowth, enriched with notes of sweet spices, chocolate, coffee and china. In the mouth it is powerful and harmonious, characterized by a fruity and spicy aftertaste, with mineral hints.
