Leaf Mantle
This was a project made from a briefing given to us at the Project II class. It was a group project in which every student had to produce a part of a meal. Our group decided to do a meal that was themed on Nature. My part of the project was the table cloth. With my project I wanted to bring the nature to the table but keep it subtle and viable for retailing. So I inspired myself on the fields in autumn filled with dried leafs. I made a towel that we could use on the floor or at the table and we would always have the feeling of a mantle of leaves, with little snacks hiding underneath them.
