We toured Scotland, just the four of us in a mini metro. You should go, its grey, its grim, it's glorious, it's great. We saw things; the smallest football pitch, the tallest hedge, the Highland Games, the Macbeans of Gollandfield, an Arbroath smokie... We met people, we argued, we saw our luggage blown off the roof-rack crossing the Firth of Forth, we laughed by the seas edge and sighed on the castle battlements in Edinburgh, trod softly on the carpets of Gleneagles Hotel and everywhere we went the people were warm and welcoming.
