Lore makes traditional two-layered cakes called Spikoe. Lore is named after the layers. It was taken from the word "lorek", meaning stripes in Javanese. Although it is a traditional cake, Lore wants to deliver it in style. And so, the simple icon, typography, and the neutral colours were chosen to reflect its simplicity and elegance.
