Priority Moments has become O2's most successful engagement platform ever.
 
At its simplest, it's a location based mobile service giving O2's 22 million customers offers, freebies and exclusive deals from some of the UK's biggest brands. But what started as a customer loyalty platform is fast becoming a successful business channel.
 
During my time leading the O2 Priority Moments team at R/GA I worked on multiple service enhancements, including introducing social tools (and social offers), a responsive web platform to increase reach, and intelligent service messaging to stimulate use. 
 
My role included developing a road map for how the service would evolve over the coming months, and working with O2 and their partners to help bring it into being.
