Decorative solid wood lacquered plate painted in the classic Ukrainian "Petrykivka" style. The art of Petrykivka is a stylized form of painting floral and plant motives from Eastern Europe (~18th century). In 2013, Petrykivka has been recognized on UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization's (UNESCO) Intangible Heritage List.
