Descripción del proyecto | House located at Arboledas, Atizapán de Zaragoza, Estado de México, designed for a family with two children.
Location
The house is located in an intersection where the street is divided into a private residences area and the public street, the challenge was finding a way to connect the house with both areas divided by a fence. The insecurity of the area is high according to the neighbors, so it was decided the implementation of a fence that allowed the user not to feel isolated, but giving him a sense of security. Windows orientated to receive light during the year seasons and receive a correct thermical confort.


Function
Circulation and distribution from public to private areas of the house and the street. Parking from both sides, visitors  and service have different entrances. Kitchen and service hall have a special entrance. Axis kitchen island.

MODELO ENERGÉTICO
Se realizó un modelo energético para conocer el consumo y gasto que puede llegar a generar de acuerdo a sus condiciones geográficas y volumétricas, se analiza y aplican recomendaciones como el tipo de acristalamiento, muros, paneles solares, orientación de ventanas, mobiliario eléctrico, HVAC, etc.
