Cultural Values Roll Out
Design and roll-out cultural values globally with an interactive and memorable workshop.

In order to connect our many nationalities and geographies, while undergoing a major change transformation, we used our culture values to anchor employees under a common context and vision of what it means to be Esprit.
Scope & Process:
To do this, I was project owner for establishing Cultural Values (including research, scope, and selection). Once established and approved through C-Suite and Works Council, I was tasked to design the workshop experience and collaborate on roll out design for both offices and stores.
Outcome & Impact:
This workshop was carried out across all EMEA and APAC offices and with great reviews. It's been used numerous times for team building events and on-boarding. Colleagues feel a stronger cohesion and reference our values when making business decisions.
