MR. is a Design Studio that creates and curates Spaces and Objects. The name MR. was formed from the first letters of the founders’ names: Megan Bond and Rotem Shachar and also relates to their unique and complementary approach to their work. Their unique and forward-thinking approach within what can be an extremely conventional industry required razor-sharp and to-the-point storytelling to really define what MR. does. The new story focuses on the two distinct identities within the company's approach. Thinking and Making. Thinking is the idea of giving a space or an object a story and Making, is the bringing of that story to life. A simple typographic system representing the two identities within the company was developed to bring the new Thinking and Making Brand Story to life across multiple applications. The new brand story and identity for MR is one that defines their philosophy, approach and aesthetic.
