l'autre maison
L'autre maison is a restaurant and guest-house located in Penne d'Agenais, a medieval village in the South West of France.
Béatrice, the owner of the place, asked me to design their logo, business card, social media posts and drinks menu (the food menu changing every week, I couldn't work on a print version).
For the graphic style, I decided to focus the identity on line illustrations drawn by hand. These were fitting the refined yet authentic aspect of the house, the village and Béatrice's work. With that visual identity in mind, I chose Ainslie as the main font of the project. The linear and stable aspect of its stroke complemented and balanced the illustrations lines.
