In conjunction with the Ad Council, the New Options Project, an initiative of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation is working to connect a population of young adults often overlooked by traditional hiring methods and employers looking for skilled talent. With 2/3 of employers unable to fill open positions, this population of young adults, or Opportunity Youth, is not only a viable option, but also an essential one to creating a strong and successful talent pipeline. Aimed with a goal of educating, inspiring and motivating, the site acts as a not only a robust resource for employers but a community ready to take action whether it be through mentorship, skills development, internships or hiring Opportunity Youth.
