This was a project for a new Italian restaurant called 'Olive Tree' to be opened as part of a hotel, as well as being open to the public. I was required to come up with some conceptual designs to give some initial ideas, so the company could decide the market they were aiming for and help them to visualise the restaurant brand and style they would like before proceeding.
Modern rustic
Having a more trendy feel, aimed towards younger couples and friends looking for good food in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Bistro Style
Creating a more sophisticated style of dining. Aimed towards people looking for a more intimate or formal dining experience.
Family style
More casual dining experience. Aimed towards people looking for a family friendly type of restaurant. Mainly daytime/lunch style service.
