Radio DAB Praha is a Prague affiliate of Czech Radio – the biggest radio broadcaster 

in the Czech Republic. Radio DAB has been around for years, providing the most detailed information about Prague’s cultural events but most people unfortunately don’t really know about it. So how do we remind people about our precise and detailed knowledge of the capitals’ events, using only the limited budget of a public media company?

We created an alternative public transport schedule, connecting the city’s tram stops with cultural events, copying a well-known design that the trams use to show upcoming stops. We displayed it on citylights next to the most frequented tram stations and programmed them with the trams’ schedules, so that every arriving tram would have its updated route displayed at the right moment. Every stop on the trams’ journey would have an event displayed next to it. This way we transformed the ordinary advertising carrier into the best cultural city guide in Prague and showed everyone that we know best what’s happening 

in the area where they work and live.
