Distrópica is the brazilian contribution for Cross Cultural Chairs. The project is curated by Matteo Guarnaccia and visiting the 8 most populous countries in the world, he meets local designers to create a chair from an anthropological point of view.

Distrópica was developed in collaboration with  Brunno Jahara and Dimitrih Correa and will be presented at Barcelona Design Museum at the end of 2019 with a documentary and a book about the whole project and the 8 chairs.

– Materials: Ebanized Solid Freijó Wood (Cordia goeldiana), Chromium Molibdenium Steel Net, Brass and Solid Pau-Rainha Wood (Brosimum rubescens).
