Pioneer East is a residential development located within East Saigon in Dong Nai Province. Being Nhon Trach Investment’s groundbreaking project in East Saigon, they partnered with Attention Vietnam in developing the concept, brand story and marketing collaterals for the project. Attention Vietnam named the development Pioneer East in reference to being the first area to be developed as well as to link itself to the whole East Saigon New City development. Aside from the naming convention, Attention Vietnam also designed a luxurious big format brochure to help introduce the project to prospective investors and buyers.
