The pandemic due to corona virus brought with it, apart from restrictions, isolation time and a drastic change in the way we go about our day to day lives, on a more personal level anxiety and the realization of many things that I used to take for granted.
One of the things that I used to take for granted was the liberty to go outside and enjoy the sunshine. We live in an apartment that doesn't get much sun if any during the day and at times I imagined how it would be like to outgrow the building where I live and sunbathe.
I discovered that the best way to travel during a pandemic is by reading books. There's so many places you can visit through imagination. I know, maybe it's not like the real thing but at least it's something.
