Enhancing workplace learning and development through structured coaching conversations
In 2017 DeakinCo. began researching ways to support workplace learning and development through more effective coaching conversations, gathering insights through interviews and focus groups with employees and leaders from various industries.
Gauge, an application designed to help leaders structure, facilitate and record coaching conversations with team members, was the outcome. With a keen focus on measuring and developing role specific capability, Gauge supports conversations by curating coaching prompts, recording goals, notes and actions, and supporting conversation flow with timing and sequencing suggestions.
