A big step forward in tertiary qualifications and the recognition of people capability
From employability skills, such as communication and problem-solving, to leadership and technical knowledge like digital marketing and design thinking, Deakin University's credentials provide independent proof of professional capability while providing credit towards further study with the university.
In 2017 and 2018 a number of applications core to the credentialing experience were completely overhauled, with the introduction of abstracted APIs to support third-party white-labeling, a revitalised visual approach to unify the various stages of application, and a redesign of the end-to-end user experience to streamline the process.
The result was a significant increase in credential application completions, an increase in the number of credentials completed per individual, and a significant decrease in support requests.
