Video games played a big part in my childhood creativity. When I got a new video  game, I would have to draw the character on the front cover before I even started playing the game.

 

Powerup is paying homage to the grand masters of video games that came before. I wanted to capture the old school 8-bit feel and bright colors that those games brought to us. Go ahead, sip on a Powerup in an arcade. You will be the coolest nerd in the room.
