Back in India, my mother didn't know how to do online banking. When she used to ask me to teach her to use the phone but I always said to I will. But then, I came to Canada and couldn't teach her about online banking and phone. There's sadness and pain in my heart that I couldn't teach her and I love my parents so much.

So, I choose this topic because many aged people don't know how to use phones and online banking. This is a serious problem for them.
