As the University of San Francisco's signature career event of the year finished its fourth consecutive year using the same identity, It was time to create something new to keep our students engaged. The old identity was challenging to work with, was hard to innovate on every year, and was starting to show its age.
During the ideation phase, I looked at hundreds of music festivals around the world and built a striking and versatile brand that fully embraces it's music inspiration. The new look paired with aggressive and colorful marketing rocked records as JOB FEST 2020 became the most attended career fair in years.
