ABUSED
Abuse received at any age causes deep wounds. The elderly are particularly delicate and it is painful to acknowledge that they suffer abuse, mostly at the hands of their own children. Thus, people refrain from talking about it. Elder Abuse is a national crisis and more people ought to speak up for the victims.
