These patterns are actually developments of one of Batik's most famous motif, Kawung. Kawung is originated from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The project is one of my assignments during the fashion class. in early 2013.
This is a collage which is actually functioned as moodboard for the exploration. The lady shown is wearing Biyan's collection.
