I was one of the finishers and designers at Daniel Clark Creative that worked on the promotional campaign for Smurfs: The Lost Village. This was a extraordinary project because I had the opportunity to design several of the posters as well as finish them.
For the payoff poster I mostly matte painted the background and foreground forest, stream and plants.

For the international poster I did a bit of everything. Retouched/re-lit the characters, raft and built/matte painted all of the plant life in the foreground and background.
