Sabaika is an Italian restaurant specializing in sushi. At its launch, chefs went to cook at home. So it was an exclusive service in the area of origin: the Romagna region. A land that has a strong and distinctive dialect.
Hence the idea for the launch radio: a chef who sounds Japanese and gives orders on how to prepare perfect sushi. But listening closer, it is not Japanese. It is Romagnolo dialect.
