Fiserv - Marketing Solution Set




Fiserv is one of the world’s largest providers of financial services technology, connecting
roughly 3,000 financial institutions.

Of all the services offered, less than 2% of their clients take advantage of an outsourced
turnkey-marketing solution which is not only an economical means of communicating with
customers, but also has a proven track record with outstanding results.

Despite so few leveraging these tools, clients were generating almost $7 million in revenue annually for Fiserv.

How could we increase uptake?





After gathering all the information, the true insight came from reading the company’s brand standards.



Repositioned, the service is shown to the internal organization to be a perfect outward reflection of the company’s brand values in action.

The service is then renamed the “Marketing Solution Set,” which aligns with other internal product offerings, thus speeding up my client’s go-to-market plan. The three components that comprise the program were then realigned to the corporate structure to be more easily managed while better serving Fiserv’s clients’ needs.
