"Alex West is the flagship project of “Barons Court Sports & Leisure Co.” – an Egyptian joint stock company (SAE) for real estate investment; with a total investment of 2 billion EGP. The integrated mini-city; is an environment-friendly integrated developmental project that includes residential, educational, medical, commercial, entertainment, touristic and administrative sectors and spans over an area of 2,500,000 square meters. Located in a premium location on the “Al Tameer’ Axis and overlooking both the Mariout Lake and the North Coast Road, Alex West serves as a meeting point between the main axes of Alexandria, the Borg El Arab City, the North Coast and Cairo in the South. The project also comprises 18 holes golf course along the residential areas where the greenery is spread all over Alex West and “West City Club” Built by a team of leaders with more than 50 years of diverse real estate experience, Alex West has brought together experts and thought leaders to deliver and achieve the variety of services offered in the project."  - Alexwest Consultant Team.​​​​​​​
OMRAN Architects has gladly participated in one of the pioneer projects of the residential compounds at Egypt in the last decade. Our role was to re-design the facades, landscape design & interior design of the four different apartment buildings prototypes. As well as, urban landscape design for the apartments sector at the compound.
