Aim:
Reviving the collective memory of the people of Port Said by developing the Arab neighborhood area, and raising the efficiency of urbanization spaces and exploiting them.
Objectives  :
1- Solve most of the users problems with the least change possible .
2- Design a building with the traditional “Wekala” Concept  ( layering ) but with a modern twist 
3- To create a more sustainable environment for the users  
4- Raising the quality of life .
