Morenita Nuez
In the north of México, in the city of Teherán, Nuevo León; Pecan nuts are widely grown. One of the biggest producing houses in the town wanted to start a formal brand to start commercializing outside their town, competing with well-positioned products in the market. They wanted to become a consumer brand that communicates its organic production in a new way, they wanted a packaging design that would be unique and easy to produce.

They wanted to become a consumer brand that communicates its organic production in a new way, they wanted a packaging design that would be unique and easy to produce.
We worked since the naming phase, in which we mixed different elements in our creative sessions in order to get catching names for their audiences. Morenita Nuez was just perfect, so then we started to develop the brand based on the concept of the product in an earthy and antique way in order to communicate that this product comes from a very old family tradition. For the colour palette, we looked for desaturated tones that at the same time would look different next to similar products like vegan or grain products. The same concept was applied to typography selection and for the rest of the brand applications
