So in this project, we were supposed to create a compaign for a brand, the chosen brand is AMUL and the issue chosen is 'fake news'.

Today, fake news has become one of the greatest threats to the existing system of democracy and a hot topic for the debaters. Before, people obtained their information from a newspaper but today, the boundaries are blurred. Majority of people now get their information via social media and blindly trust any news streamed on it whether is it real or fake.

So the designed poster is to make people aware about the fake news issue keeping in mind to promote the brand as well.
So, the concept behind this poster is based on a very recent issue that is 'Corona virus'.
In India, there were a lot of fake news forwarded by many people on What's App explaining quick remedies to cure this virus. Most of the people including our family members blindly forwarded without confirming the news on the right platfom and eventually, many of them started following these fake instructions.
These fake news include:
1: A Hindu group hosted a 'Gomutra party' (cow urine party), as they believe it wards off the virus.
2: Fake news was forwarded about the introduction of China's vaccine.
3: Stopping 'non-vegetarianns' from eating 'meat' in order to stop the spread of the virus.
4: News about a scientist's discovery that weed/cocaine can eradicate the virus.


As 'Amul' promises to protect their costumers in all means, the caption states that 
'Ab amul khilayega bhi aur padhayega bhi' 
meaning, 
'Now Amul will feed as well as teach'.
