European Film Festival 2020
The European Film Festival went online this year in May-June with exciting films from all over Europe. We launched the fest in India with an identity system that was unique, yet aligned with the original EFF identity. Our concept is inspired from 'pixels'. The single fundamental component of any image is a pixel. In our design, each square subtly communicates a pixel and carries information in the form of text or cinematic stills to intrigue the potential audience. The idea here was to have a visually minimal, expandable campaign identity for the festival that is easy to adapt and create various digital collaterals using only squares.
We designed launch posts for social media, rolled out multiple newsletters and animations and managed to garner around 1100+ registrations for the festival in a very limited time.
