The Hearst StoryStudio crafts unique marketing content for brands encouraging viewers to active engagement through interactive content. The Studio asked for a map of the San Francisco area that would live both in print and online to provide information about cultural landmarks. The map had to appeal to a broad audience: symphony goers and rock concert fanatics alike.
I designed over fifty venue icons in San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkley including theaters, museums, arenas, clubs, and more. Using Ceros, an experiential content platform, I stitched together layers of the project to be interactive. Users can filter specific categories using the key and more information and links appear upon clicking on the venue icons.
