Currently, Bellavista (Seville, Spain) is a neighborhood in expansion, in a few years has gone from not having a mainly big infrastructure to being a fairly condensed neighborhood. This housing proposal seeks the union of collective, private and social. Creates a communication among the exterior and the interior, the inside and outside, the private and public, the building and environment. It takes advantage of the natural light and wind, by grouping service and private spaces in a block that runs along the east facade, creating an open space for the rest of the apartment that connects the front terrace to the rear terrace. The design concept is based on a single module that accommodates different types of apartments.
The concept for this module emerges from the fragmentation of traditional housing volume. By moving these fragments apart, open spaces are created within the volume, giving it a less dense appearance. The collective space in the module, and the vertical circulation, are the elements that link the fragments together. The proposal focuses mainly on the formation of open communal spaces such as terraces and balconies, as well as open air corridors.  Among the common areas are: a nursery, an indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, cafeteria, game room, administration rooms, activities room and a storage area and facilities. There are 5 types of apartments, ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms duplex.
