In 1955 the company “Distillerie Italiane S.p.A.” opened this alcool distillery in Ferrara. In 1967 the industrial plant was acquired by “Eridania Zuccherifici Nazionali“ and in 2003 was incorporated in “Alcoplus S.p.A.”.
The plant totally closed in 2007.
