Insertie in sit istoric
Zona de studiu se situează în centrul istoric al Bucureştiului, în mijlocul unuia dintre cele mai vechi şi mai căutate cartiere negustoreşti ale oraşului. Configuraţia aparte a acestui ţesut urban – parcele foarte înguste (uneori sub 2 m) şi cu adâncime foarte mare (peste 20 m), construire intensivă a loturilor, front continuu la stradă, regim de înălţime variabil – se datorează, în primul rând, activităţii comerciale intense ce s-a desfăşurat aici vreme de mai multe secole.
Prezentul proiect are două cerinţe, ambele obligatorii:
Cerinţa 1. Propune spre studiu întregirea atât a fronturilor de nord şi de sud ale străzii Lipscani (între intrarea Şelari şi strada Băcani), cât şi a frontului de nord al străzii Gabroveni (între străzile Şelari şi Zarafi); studenţii vor propune siluete de faţade care să se integreze şi să pună în valoare fondul construit existent; în planul de situaţie se va figura amprenta la sol şi se va specifica funcţiunea fiecărui imobil studiat.
Cerinţa 2. Realizarea unei inserţii pe un teren viran situat între străzile Lipscani şi Gabroveni. Terenul este rezultat prin comasarea mai multor parcele de pe ambele străzi; astfel suprafaţa propusă spre studiu este terenul 2 neconstruit situat pe strada Lipscani la numerele 58-64 şi pe str. Gabroveni la numerele 21-27; în planul cadastral din 1911 amplasamentul figurează pe str. Lipscani 46 bis-52 şi corespondentul acestora în str. Gabroveni.
Insertion in a Historical Center
The study area is situated in the historic center of Bucharest, in the midst of one of the oldest and most popular merchant city neighborhoods. Special configuration of the urban tissue - very narrow plots (sometimes below 2 m) and very deep (20 m), intensive building lots, continuous front street regime variable height - is due primarily intense commercial activity taking place here since centuries ago.
This project has two requirements, both mandatory:
Task 1. We propose to study completion both northern and southern fronts of Lipscani street (between the entrance and the street Şelari grocery) and a northern front Gabroveni street (between streets Şelari and bankers), students will propose facade figures to be integrate and highlight existing buildings, in terms of situation footprint will appear and specify the function of each building studied.
Task 2. Making an insert on a vacant lot located between the streets and Gabroveni Lipscani. The plot is a result by merging multiple plots on both streets, as proposed for the study area is situated on land not built Lipscani two numbers 58-64 and 21-27 numbers Gabroveni Street, cadastral plan of 1911 to appear on the site Lipscani 46 bis-52 and their correspondent street Gabroveni.
