MISSION : the project is a ( culture exchange center ) that should rejuvenate (artists from different cultures /nationalities ) through sharing their different aspects of art by interacting directly with each other to boost culture and moral.
ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT : the project is a catalyst for artists all around the world to reflect integration within differentiation.
