Dishoom London YCN New Now 2020

For a restaurant with brand values deep rooted in Indian traditions and values, a loyalty program rooted in similar values was most appropriate. Dishoom Tambola, inspired by the Indian social practice of playing a version of Bingo called Tambola, gamifies the process of getting a loyalty card, making it a fun and interactive experience that will easily gain popularity by word of mouth.
The range of loyalty cards ensures there is something for everyone and the levels adds the aspiration and desire for being the holder of the top tier loyalty benefits, earning the title of Dishoom Waale i.e. people of Dishoom.
In India, loyalty is an informal concept. If restaurant owners or staff remember guests, they receive special treatment, complimentary dishes and discounts. The design style is inspired by the personal nature of loyalty.
On weekends, any guest with a bill with value about 99 will be able to draw a loyalty card.
On weekdays, they will have to play Dishoom Tambola on the Dishoom App.
- Getting the dishes in a row will unlock 30% off on those dishes
- Getting the dishes in a column will unlock 20% off on those dishes
- Guests will get 25% off on their total bill if they get both a row and a column
Guests can also opt to draw a loyalty card instead of the one time discount.
