Saroa is a personal dream come true, a gastronomic restaurant located in the heart of Lleida, to enjoy traditional cuisine with avant-garde touches and where the author's signature is added.
The spirit of Saroa is formed, on the one hand by Salvador Trabalón, chef and director, with accumulated experience from the work carried out in renowned restaurants such as that of M. Berasategui, Celler de Can Roca and El Bulli, among many others.
The other part of the Saroa spirit is Aroa Núñez, pastry chef and public relations, with a sweet and respectful treatment, with international experience and recognition in all her stays.
