Claiming your Rewards
Design problem and solution: Customers on the app and website were not sure when they added a rewards code to their profile if the reward had been activated or not and what the next steps were to claiming their reward. This is the journey designed to help customers along the journey tracking their progress and adding a banner card to the Rewards screen so they know they have an active reward and can click on it to see their progress.
After applying the code on the Enter a code screen, the customers will see the Get your reward banner where they can click through to the stepper screen, see how far they are and take next steps.
Customers are able to share and copy their reward code easily
Three simple steps outlined so customers know where they are in the journey and what's next
The amount bar will fill till customers have deposited / bought the right amount, then it will disappear and move on to the next step.
