Virtual key for hotel rooms
Hotkey is a white label app that helps hotels make guest experience contactless. The concept for this app originated from the need for a virtual key for hotel rooms.
I later added some more features to this concept with the goal to make guest experience completely contactless.
Easy to navigate interface, keeping in mind a diverse user set.
Encouraging guests to message Hotel frontdesk instead of calling in. Showing the response time helps set expectations.
Easy to keep track of all scheduled housekeeping activities. Guests are in total control of changing upcoming schedules. 2 steps to scheduling a housekeeping activity.
