The Problem

Maz & More contacted us to validate a new idea
M&M is a TV producer, production firm, belonging to Axel Springer.
They had the idea to create a new type of online magazine entirely based on “Green economy and sustainability”.

They were not sure on how to approach a new generation of readers, with which formats, and what kind of contents. Overall, if the whole idea was innovative enough and if there were a need for it.

The Process

We have organised a Design Sprint, 4 days, starting with a 2 days in-person workshop.
We have invited a lot of experts to participate and give their opinions.
The result was that the initial idea had to be tweaked in order to appeal the desired audience, thus they decided to iterate and follow the suggestions from the user testing.

We have designed a new type of magazine with a more modern and personalised approach: articles, podcasts, quiz, mobile first.

In less than 3 weeks they had a real-looking prototype, honest feedback from users, and a clear idea about what to do next.
