In this work, I was finally able to make an animation of the project. To Be honest, I had a very long break from animation for about 8 years...
I will say right away, it did not turn out very smoothly as intended
I wanted to make an animation with post processing, as I always do my renderings.
I'll show you how much post-processing changes images. It makes them "alive"

I use more than 10 render elements for almost every render.
For correct and convenient work with render elements, you need to correctly split the scene by color elements.

In photoshop, the work is done in this way, first everything that is connected to the ground is processed: paving the road and lawn, the next stage is the sky.
Then you can start with the trees and bushes. Now you can proceed to the fasade of the building, as well as to the glazing.
The next step is to complete the lighting, which can be either the light inside or the light from the lanterns.
When I am satisfied with all these points, I start creating - enhancing, aerial perspective. A little fog in the background and enhance the foreground.
