NOW PLAYING® Showtime at the Apollo

A digital revival of the naïve plastic lettering that was used on the marquee of the Apollo Theater in Harlem. It was designed to be used with the new digital plasma displays installed as part of the historic renovation and revitalization of this historic theater.

Originally conceived as a Caps and Small Caps design, it actually contains five complete alphabets in the single font. All letters, numbers, punctuation, diacriticals exist in the Uppercase, lowercase, Small Caps, Superior and Inferior character sets. Along with this flexibility are special logo words that automatically design themselves according to the context in which they appear.
