Internship at Urbanite
I am currently a photography intern at Urbanite magazine (www.urbanitebaltimore.com), where I am working to build my portrait skills. My 'mentor' Joe has been helping me build my confidence and I think it's really starting to show through my portraits.
The ongoing project that I have throughout my time there is called PopFlash. It's a focus on street fashion, so basically I just go out to popular areas, find people who are dressed nice, or interesting, have a conversation with them, snap their picture, and be on my way.
I have also been assigned restaurants or shops that are chosen to be featured in the magazine.
